Hijama, Cupping & Deep Tissue
Hijama is the foundation. We add deep tissue or muscle scraping when your body needs more. One-to-one, private, clinical.

Why Clients Choose Herts Cupping
Private Clinical Setting
A dedicated, private clinic in St Albans designed entirely around your comfort and discretion. Not a spare room, not a shared space.
Medical-Grade Hygiene
Single-use sterile disposables and rigorous clinical waste protocols on every session, without exception.
Hijama + Deep Tissue Combined
The only clinic in Hertfordshire combining Hijama with IASTM muscle scraping and manual release. Deeper work when cupping alone isn't enough.
Tailored to You
Every session starts with a proper assessment. No conveyor-belt treatments, no guessing. Your symptoms and goals shape the whole session.
Not sure what to book?
Hijama (Wet Cupping)
This is what most people come for. Targeted wet cupping to relieve pressure, improve circulation, and address tension that standard massage doesn't resolve. Most clients start with Signature Hijama. If you have ongoing pain or tightness, we usually recommend a combined session.
Included with every Hijama session
More Than the Wet Cups Alone
Complimentary warm-up massage
Every Hijama session begins with a light massage to ease you in, relax the tissue and address any additional tightness before the cups go on.
Free dry cups on other areas
Alongside the wet cups specified, dry cups are added at no extra cost on other tight areas to support tension release and circulation.
Starter Hijama
A focused session with up to 5 cups. A great way to experience Hijama properly for the first time, or for regular Sunnah-day sessions.
Best for: Sunnah-day Hijama, focused short sessions and lighter introductions.
Signature Hijama
Our core session and the right starting point for most first-time Hijama clients. Full assessment, tailored point selection with up to 10 cups, and detailed aftercare.
Best for: First-time Hijama clients, targeted tension, localised pain and general wellbeing.
Advanced Hijama
Extended session with broader point coverage for a more thorough approach. Best if you've had Hijama before or want a fuller treatment.
Best for: Returning clients, extensive coverage and persistent issues.
Returning client? Lower rates apply for sessions booked within 8 weeks of your last visit. Mention it when you book.
Massage hasn't fixed it?
Many clients dealing with ongoing pain choose a combined session for deeper, longer-lasting results.

Goes further than massage
When standard cupping or massage isn't enough, combining it with targeted muscle work can lead to better results. Choose dry cupping or Hijama within each option.
Targeted Cupping Massage
Combines cupping with muscle scraping and hands-on work to release deeper tension and improve movement. Designed for issues that keep coming back.
Best for: Persistent tightness, desk posture, gym recovery and pain that standard cupping or massage hasn't fully shifted.

Standalone Cupping
A lighter option if you don't need Hijama or deep tissue work. Cupping without incisions, good for first-timers or general tension.
Clinical Dry Cupping
Static suction to release stubborn tension and increase mobility without incisions. Often used as a starting point before progressing to Hijama.
Best for: Muscular tension, gym recovery, and first-timers unsure about wet cupping.
Traditional Fire Cupping
Glass cupping using thermal heat to penetrate deep stiffness and stimulate blood flow. A warming treatment that works well in colder months.
Best for: Deep chronic stiffness and cold weather aches.
