After payment is confirmed, the buyer receives the voucher by email. The recipient can book using our normal appointment page or contact us with the voucher code. Treatment is subject to a suitability check.

It covers the named treatment selected above at the current listed price. If prices change before redemption, the current voucher terms explain whether a difference is payable.

How does a WhatsApp order work?

Choose a treatment and add the gift details here. Your message opens in WhatsApp; we confirm everything and send a direct Revolut Business payment link. The personalised voucher is emailed once your payment has been checked.

Will the recipient receive an email straight away?

For WhatsApp orders, we confirm delivery with you before sending. This means you can keep the gift a surprise. If online Revolut checkout is enabled later, the checkout delivery details will apply.

How do they use the gift voucher?

They choose an available appointment, let us know the voucher code and bring the voucher on the day. Every treatment still includes a suitability check. The full validity and cancellation terms are below.

Voucher terms and conditions

Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, for the treatment shown. One use only. No cash alternative. Book online or by WhatsApp and show the code at your appointment; if the treatment price has risen, only the difference is paid. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the voucher has not been used. Treatment is subject to the usual suitability check.
