What is Hijama?Wet Cupping (Hijama)
Wet cupping (Hijama), sometimes called blood cupping, using suction, small superficial scratches and controlled blood removal.

When should I message before booking?
Message first if you’re pregnant, take blood-thinning medication, have a bleeding disorder or significant anaemia, are recently unwell, or are unsure whether treatment is suitable. New severe pain, significant swelling, new weakness/numbness or rapidly worsening symptoms should be appropriately assessed first.
What happens after I book?
New bookings are subject to the short pre-assessment. If anything suggests the session isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you before treatment. You aren’t expected to diagnose yourself or select every technique in advance.
What if I choose the wrong session?
If the route clearly doesn’t fit what you need, I will explain the better option. You aren’t expected to get every detail right from the booking menu.
What are the reduced deep tissue follow-up rates?
When you return within 8 weeks to continue work on the same or a related area: £60 Targeted Deep Tissue, £75 Targeted Deep Tissue + Hijama, £90 Full Body Deep Tissue and £110 Full Body Deep Tissue + Hijama. These are arranged directly with us after the first visit.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange without charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to 50% of the booked treatment price. Missed appointments and cancellations at or after the appointment start time are charged at 100%. Read the full policy.
