What's the Actual Difference?
Wet Cupping
Traditional wet cupping. Cups are placed on specific points to create suction. Small superficial incisions are made, then cups are reapplied to draw out a small amount of stagnant blood.
Used for general wellbeing, pain relief, stress, tension, and detoxification. Also practiced for spiritual reasons as a Sunnah.
Session length: 30 to 45 minutes.
Deep Tissue & Scraping
Hands-on muscle work combined with dynamic cupping, deep tissue massage, and IASTM (muscle scraping with clinical-grade tools).
Used for tight muscles, stuck fascia, sports recovery, postural strain, and chronic restrictions that haven't responded to standard massage or physio.
Session length: 60 to 90 minutes.
Dry & Fire Cupping
Standalone cupping sessions with no incisions and no massage element. Cups create suction to lift tissue and increase blood flow. Quick, familiar, popular with athletes and gym-goers. Good if you've had cupping before and just want a top-up.

Can I Have Both Hijama and Massage?
Yes, and most clients do. Our £95 combined session includes Hijama plus cupping massage on a focus area, all in one 60 minute appointment. The £135 full body option does the same across the whole body in 90 minutes. Combining methods is what we're known for, and it's why most people get better results here than with single-method clinics.
