Choose your route
Choose the route closest to what you need. Each option has a short guide if you want to understand it before booking.
For a tight, sore or overloaded area, gym recovery, desk or manual-work strain, or when ordinary massage has not been enough.
Hijama is wet cupping. Suction is followed by small superficial scratches to the surface of the skin and controlled blood removal.
For clients who want cupping without scratches or blood removal. Dry cupping here is not always static. Where appropriate, cups can move and be used with active or passive movement.
Sessions and pricing
Recovery is booked by time and coverage, with dry cupping, IASTM or percussion included when useful rather than sold as surprise add-ons. Hijama is booked by cup coverage. Dry and Fire Cupping are shorter standalone appointments.
Deep tissue & recovery
Focused deep-tissue-style hands-on work for one main area, with dry cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) or percussion used where useful.
Back, neck, shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, calves or another single focus area.
Most Clients Choose This

Every new client is pre-assessed. If I do not think a session here is appropriate, I will tell you before you commit.
The aim is the right appointment, not simply getting everyone through the door.
Pre-assessment comes first. If another route should come first, I will say so.
One practitioner, with methods added only when they make sense for your session.
Clear aftercare, personal follow-up and WhatsApp support available 24/7.

Who you will work with
“I started Herts Cupping because I wanted the kind of treatment experience I struggled to find myself: one person who listens, explains what they are doing, adapts the session and still cares how you are getting on afterwards.”

Before your first visit
The detailed preparation and safety guides are still available if you need them.
Choose Targeted Recovery for one main area and Full Body Recovery when several areas need meaningful treatment time.
After consultation and initial suction, small superficial scratches are made to the surface of the skin at the selected points before the cups are reapplied. The process and aftercare are explained before treatment begins. Read the full What is Hijama guide.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. For Hijama, leave at least 2 hours without food before your session and stay hydrated. You do not need to fast all day.
Dry and fire cupping can leave temporary round marks. Hijama can also leave round marks plus small superficial scratch sites. Your aftercare is explained before you leave.
Message first if you are pregnant, take blood-thinning medication, have a blood disorder, uncontrolled diabetes, active infection, fever, significant swelling, new weakness or numbness, or severe unexplained symptoms. Female practitioner availability is for Hijama only and should also be confirmed first.
