First-time Hijama

Choose Starter Hijama for a lighter introduction, or Signature Hijama if you want the best all-round first session.

Pain or tightness

Choose Targeted Recovery + Hijama if one area keeps tightening up, such as back, neck, shoulders, hips or legs.

Sports recovery

Choose Full Body Recovery if you train regularly and want wider work across multiple tight areas.

Quick Answers

Common booking questions

Not sure which session to book?+

First time or general wellbeing: Signature Hijama. A lighter first session: Starter Hijama. Tightness from training or tension that keeps returning: Targeted Recovery + Hijama. Multiple areas or full-body recovery: Full Body Recovery. You can also message us and we will advise before you book.

What is included with every Hijama session?+

Every Hijama session includes a consultation, sterile single-use equipment, light warm-up massage, tailored point selection and aftercare guidance. Dry cups may also be used on additional tight areas where suitable.

Can I book Hijama for detox?+

Yes. Many clients book Hijama for detox, body heaviness, general wellbeing and Sunnah care. Signature Hijama is usually the best starting point if you are not sure which tier to choose.

Can ladies book with a female practitioner?+

Female practitioner availability is for Hijama sessions only and is limited. Please WhatsApp before booking so we can confirm her schedule. This does not apply to recovery or massage sessions.

What if I need to reschedule?+

Use the link in your booking confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. At least 24 hours notice helps us reopen the slot for someone else.

Anything I should do before my visit?+

Eat lightly 1 to 2 hours before, drink water through the day and wear comfortable loose clothing. Avoid alcohol or heavy training before your session. Arrive 5 minutes early on your first visit so we can complete the consultation properly.

When should I avoid booking?+

Hijama may not be suitable if you are pregnant, taking blood thinners, have uncontrolled diabetes, a blood disorder, an active fever, active infection or an acute medical condition. If symptoms are severe, unexplained or worsening, seek medical advice first. We complete a safety screen before every session.
