Overview
Cupping is not a medical treatment for lymphatic disease. We can discuss gentle cupping as a complementary wellbeing option while keeping medical red flags and diagnosed lymphatic problems with the appropriate clinician.
Some clients are looking for a lighter suction-based wellbeing session rather than deep manual work.
Dry cupping can be discussed without claiming it clears blocked lymph or treats lymphatic disorders.
Wet cupping is a different treatment and is assessed on its own suitability.
Our approach
We combine methods only when they make sense for your goal and presentation.
We do not claim cups manually drain the lymphatic system or treat lymphoedema.
Unexplained, one-sided, painful or rapidly worsening swelling needs medical assessment.
Where cupping is suitable, suction and areas are selected cautiously.
Safety and scope
Do not book cupping as a substitute for assessment of new, one-sided, painful, hot or rapidly increasing swelling, suspected infection or suspected blood clot. Diagnosed lymphatic conditions should be discussed with the clinician managing them.
Sessions
Choose the treatment around your goal rather than forcing every problem into the same method.
