Our most complete session
Full Recovery Session
Best for clients who want the most complete result in one session.
For deeper, long-standing or full-body issues. Cupping, IASTM, manual therapy, and extended time, all tailored to what your body needs.
Best for: Long-standing stiffness, complex restriction, full-body recovery.
We'll advise the best option during your consultation, so you don't need to worry about choosing incorrectly.
Standalone Cupping (No Incisions)
Clinical Dry Cupping
Static suction to release stubborn tension and increase mobility without incisions. Often used as a starting point before progressing to Hijama.
Best for: Muscular tension, gym recovery, and first-timers unsure about wet cupping.
Traditional Fire Cupping
Traditional glass cupping using thermal heat to penetrate deep stiffness and stimulate blood flow. A warming treatment that works well in colder months.
Best for: Deep chronic stiffness and cold weather aches.
*Female practitioners available for ladies upon request.
Every session is tailored. We'll advise whether Hijama alone is suitable or if a combined approach would give better results.
