Targeted Recovery
Focused work for one main region such as back, shoulders, glutes, hamstrings or calves.
Percussion therapy · muscle preparation · recovery
Percussive massage and Theragun Pro support can help prepare larger muscle groups within a Recovery session. It is one tool, not a cure-all.

You do not need to read the whole page or decide between massage, cupping and IASTM first. Start with how much of the body needs work, then choose whether you also want Hijama.

For several loaded areas, heavier training weeks or broader whole-body recovery.
A supporting method inside Muscle Recovery
A percussion device such as the Theragun Pro delivers rapid vibration into larger muscle groups. It may be used to warm cold or tight tissue before deeper work, maintain circulation between techniques, or give a lighter finish after firm treatment.
The value comes from when and where it is used. At this clinic percussion is included within Muscle Recovery sessions rather than sold as a standalone hour of massage-gun treatment.
A practitioner session is not the same as buying a massage gun
A home device can be convenient for general maintenance, but it is easy to use the same setting everywhere or keep treating an area that should be assessed. In clinic, percussion is placed around the consultation, hands-on findings and the other methods used during the appointment.
The device is avoided over bone, acute injury, significant bruising and areas where sensation is altered. Stronger is not automatically better. If vibration makes symptoms sharper, causes numbness or feels wrong, it is stopped and the treatment plan changes rather than pushing through.
Placed deliberately in the session
Intensity is adjusted throughout. It should feel like controlled vibration, not sharp pain.
Used across larger muscles to introduce movement and circulation before sustained manual pressure begins.
Helps the area settle between rounds of hands-on work, cupping or IASTM before the next method is applied.
May be used over heavy quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes or back before more focused treatment.
A lighter setting can help bring the body out of deeper work gradually and leave the treated area feeling less abrupt.
Bony, injured, inflamed or unsuitable areas are avoided. The practitioner chooses placement, duration and setting.
A home massage gun can support general maintenance, but it is not the same as a structured session with assessment and manual work.
Not a standalone service here
Percussion works best as one part of a wider session with manual massage, dry cupping and IASTM. New injury, significant bruising, swelling, numbness or severe pain should be assessed before treatment.
