Common Questions

Quick answers to what most ladies ask before their first session.

How do I check if the female practitioner is available?
WhatsApp us on 07466 307267 with your preferred day and time. We will confirm her availability and either book you in directly or guide you to book through the online system.
What should I wear to my session?
Comfortable clothing with easy access to the treatment area. We provide clinical drapes during the session, so only the specific area being treated is exposed at any time.
Can I bring a family member or friend with me?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a female family member or friend with you. They can wait in the waiting area during your session. If there is a genuine need for support in the treatment room, please mention this when booking so we can advise properly.
What treatments are available with the female practitioner?
All our main services: Hijama (wet cupping), dry cupping, fire cupping, IASTM muscle scraping, and combined recovery sessions. Pricing is the same as our standard rates.
Can I have Hijama during my menstrual cycle?
Hijama can be performed during menstruation if you wish. Some prefer to wait, others find no issue with it. There is no religious or medical restriction. We are happy to discuss what feels right for you when you book.
Can I have Hijama if I am trying to conceive or pregnant?
If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, please mention this when booking so we can advise correctly. Hijama is generally avoided during pregnancy without specific medical clearance. We always recommend a medical assessment for fertility-related concerns.
Are sessions on Sunnah days available with the female practitioner?
Yes, but slots fill very quickly around the 17th, 19th, and 21st of each Hijri month. Please message early to secure your preferred time on these days.
